Things are not okay.
Left for work at 5:30am this mornin.
Couldnt sleep.
Highway was already full.
Hundreds of tradies barrelling towards job sites.
Its probably costing them $30 in tax and energy costs just to turn up on site.
Every muscle in my body was relaxed as FSD cruised through it all.
Then it hit me.
All these poor blokes are working hard.
And what can they aspire to?
A Tiny houses on a tiny block in a Rubbish Suburb.
“7 star energy rating homes”
That cost $499,000 for a cheap piece of architectural junk.
Barely enough driveway to park a Ute.
All because the government doesnt pay for infrastructure anymore.
They just want their Tax.
The streetscapes are Junk.
The Rates, Insurances, Diesel Costs, Mortgages __ after all that ur left with nothing.
Sitting at home with a Bodgy NBN connection that needs a router reset.
#30 years of repayments, on a house that might not even last 30 years.
And how do we fund this so called “Economy?”
#We import people.
Then we give them a mortgage.
And your up at 5.30am to go build their house.
#With building materials imported from China.
And they didnt even bring the money.

•It’s not new money.
•It’s lent money.
•Invented money.

#Then we give them a Govt job to pay that mortgage.
#And the Tradie gets hit again with new fees, taxes and charges to pay for it.
#More borrowers — More traffic.
More pressure on services that were already struggling.
#Politicians call it growth but whats growing?
Time it takes to get to work?
And the jobs we create arent good jobs.
#They are BS jobs.
Try starting a business.
Before you’ve paid yourself, everyone else has an invoice for you.
And if do make a dollar the govt takes half.
#Just work harder you say?
The highway is already packed at 5:30.
#People ARE working harder.
All that effort should be building somewhere better to live.
But all we are building is a Pile of Trash.
We’re exhausting ourselfs for the privilage of owning a piece of junk.
Full of imported Junk.
•More people.
•More debt.
•More taxes.
