@fresheyeball Throwing in gibberish doesn't resolve the original nonsense you did. If you think it's a luxury belief, you need to explain why more people who can't afford to hold it, hold it, than those who can.
@ProjAssistants Well intentioned as this sounds, misplacing agency is a formula for entering a world of suffering. It is legitimately better to be discriminated against than to believe your opportunities are at the mercy of others.
@sandydoo@MemesOfNixOS Pointing out the outright sexism of a steering member is not "unnecessary". Discrimination on the basis of immutable characteristics needs to come to a damn end.
@Prof_Steiner @SchalkDormehl@IAPonomarenko The problem is that they are obviously just curious podcasters whose thoughts can be legitimately discounted to whatever the listeners prefers.
Academics on the other hand INSIST on a premium to their every utterance from all of society.
@HackingButLegal@ryanrz@pressfreedom@TheNewRepublic@gilduran76@balajis There's a point between 4:04 and 4:06 where he says "like they (the democrats) ethnically cleansed me, just push them out", in the context of pushing democrats out of positions of power.
Listen to it, make up your own mind, really doesn't sound like Mein Kampf.
@HackingButLegal Now it becomes a resourcing issue and @balajis has more resources. The counter would be to point to Balaji's history of dislike for journalists.
@HackingButLegal He won't be sued over discussing the matter at hand, he-and-or the paper will be sued for the false claims. In this case they would need to show that the suit is to silence them and not because of the false claims.
@HackingButLegal The issue at hand was accusing someone of planning ethnic cleansing, without evidence.
This wouldn't even be lawfare, this would be a dead loss if he sued.
