@ola_supports It’s already been far too long, yet there’s still no affirmative response. Your team assured me that the refund would be processed within 10 days, but nothing has happened. Please resolve this and refund my ₹890 immediately. @Olacabs @Ola_Supports

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@Olacabs @ola_supports 20+ days, ₹890 refund still unresolved. Fare shown ₹285, but driver demanded unexplained extra charges and behaved aggressively. Tickets 22336954 & 22604755 were generated, but customer care now calls them “invalid/out of window.”
Kindly do needful

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@ola_supports @ola_supports Over a month has passed—no ₹890 refund and no action against the driver despite his misconduct. Your repeated generic responses and delays are unacceptable. Refund my money and take action against the driver. How much longer?

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@ola_supports @ola_supports Thanks, but your “concerned team” response was given on 14 Aug, and it’s now 31 Aug with no refund or meaningful update. The ₹890 refund was already promised within 20 days. Please provide a refund it's been more than one month.

@JioCare @JioCare take me as a reference you will understand my problem. I'm only getting dates. No solution yet.

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@JioCare

Paid ₹1200 for JioAirFiber (Order No: NO0001DFRFD8). Installation couldn't be done due to housing/society issues. Refund requested over a month ago, but still pending despite multiple follow-ups.

Kindly process the refund at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #RefundPending

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@JioCare @JioCare Every time I contact customer care, I'm promised a refund within 24 hours. It's been over a month now.

Are your 24 hours longer than the ones on Earth, or is my refund being sent by money order? Please provide a real refund timeline.

[Monal Sharma @MonalSharma]

@JioCare My order (NO0001DFRFD8) could not be installed due to housing issues. I have an active service request (SR000038BNF7), but I'm unable to open the tracking link and the MyJio app shows "No requests found."

@SikkimPolice A driver named Karma ([phone]) took ₹500 cash from me claiming it was for a checkpost & promised to return it. This was false & he refused to repay. This is cheating & breach of trust.
Multiple emails and calls got no response. Urging strict action & refund
