Están llegando muchas Inter consultas a Nefrologia por ⬇️del filtrado glomerular.
Antes de remitir al enfermo a Nefrologia:
▶️Descartar deterioro renal funcional
➡️⬇️⬇️ de la presión arterial (usar AMPA)
➡️depleción, diarrea, toma de AINES,…
➡️Repetir analítica para confirmar
