Just in case the matter of our voter rolls- including the number of illegals and deceased individuals that are on our voter rolls, is raised tonight 😉, remember that I made the recommendation below to @HarmeetKDhillon in May.

Hypothetically speaking, If it is found that the voter rolls of ERIC states include a large number of ineligible voters (dead or non-citizens)- I would appeal to Harmeet to ask the obvious question- is ERIC actually performing the task they are paid for- or is it something else?

Oh yes, I would also ask her how and why Georgia is planning on using QR Coded ballots through the General Election? The President, a federal judge, the GA legislature, and the people of Georgia have all demanded that QR coded ballots- and Ballot Marking Devices- be removed. The existing system reads hand marked paper ballots as is. Seriously, WTF is the problem? It's not this hard.

Dear DOJ @dojphofficial @HarmeetKDhillon @CivilRights

Don't let states who refuse to turn over their unredacted voter rolls further obstruct and prevent proper review and investigation. In nearly all states- like Georgia, voter rolls are public information (and in many cases- they share it with ERIC (and CEIR)), they can be purchased- and an analysis / investigation can proceed immediately. The DOJ can supplement the redacted information from federal sources, or if necessary, the evidence gleaned from the analysis and review of the purchased voter rolls can be used as probable cause to get a warrant (there's no shortage of probable cause). Respectfully, it is time to think out of the [black] box.

This is a critical issue that must be addressed now.

@kschein05 @HarmeetKDhillon I saw that complaint. An absentee ballot application was mailed to the dog. If I remember correctly, Spot (unknown pronouns), a blue heeler, was registered as a Democrat.

"Reminder: Voter rolls are public records. In most states, the public record includes: full name, DOB, address, political party, if you participated in past election. If somebody were to unlawfully download this material, it would be, well, unlawful. But it would not compromise an election in any way."

@stephen_richer - it would only compromise an election if someone were to exploit the ineligible voters on that list- by either casting ballots in their names or someone attributing votes to them. As you know- that's the reason why the HAVA requires voter rolls to be maintained and cleaned. Surely you appreciate and understand the law, right?

I suspect those voter rolls are not clean in many instances that just so happen to correlate with being member states of a four-letter word that rhymes with ERIC. Member states meaning that the people of those states are paying a fortune for a service that we may find out is not necessarily being performed. That wouldn't be good. The numbers will tell the tale. 🇺🇸

This complaint was filed with the State Election Board in 2023- but of course it was never investigated. Most likely because it is damning. When you accept ballots from a different county for a federal election, and count those ballots it is bad. But when they survive adjudication, a hand count/audit, and a Recount- you don't have any credibility or excuses left. At all.

Absentee ballot barcode/voter credit- failed.
Absentee ballot signature verification failed.
Voting system ballot authentication failed (twice- once for original count- and again for the Recount).
Reconciliation between the number of ballots received and the number of ballots counted- failed.
Reconciliation between the number of ballots cast and number of voters- failed.
Adjudication- failed.

Do you think all of these processes really failed over and over across three separate counts- or is it more likely that it was a free for all?

Some people ask how much access the Elections Group had in Fulton County in 2020. They had access to Derek McKay’s, from IT’s, absentee files and the ability to add a “batch." Are these the absentee files they could retroactively correct to make sure the numbers add up. Is this the absentee files where you can assign votes and delete them. Why would the Elections Group need to add a new batch? They were supposed to be logistics and support? This is from one of the elections group emails from FOIA.
