@gregfoley2002 5. Wear soft footwear at all times - I mean at all times - even from bed to loo and back Never walk barefoot on hard floors ( I still don’t)

4. Soak feet in warm salted water & rest in raised position ( on cushions -reading / watching TV ) 2/3
