@PensionDebate @CashCalc @voyantuk @PrestwoodTruth Instead of software tools certifying advisers (which we think is an interesting idea but not practical), the starting point for this should be COBS 9A.2.9 EU 54 (b) with the onus on advisers to understand the tools they use & that they are fit for the purpose.
