Deqi Adey, if you genuinely believe the Tigrayan militia Hera Meret can restore law and order in Tigray, you are in for a rude awakening.
They are merely a front for the #Ethiopian regime to wash its hands of the genocidal crimes it committed against our people.
Just for the record. The Ethiopian regime is using a civilian aircraft to transport soldiers to the war front. By doing so, the airline is loosing its civilian immunity. 👇🏿
The Pretoria peace agreement of November 2022 ended the last Tigray war. Almost four years later it is collapsing. Diplomats must act before more lives are lost. #Tigray#PretoriaAgreement

Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports.
What's happening in #Tigray is very saddening, the Ethiopian government is bombing schools, aid convoys, market places and mass media agencies.
#Civilians and #Civilian infrastructures are not military targets.

Reports from Tigray say that internet and telephone lines have stopped working. This is reminiscent of 2020 when the Abiy Regime imposed a communications blackout before its genocidal campaign. This is a signal that the regime might be planning to commit atrocities as before.

September 20, 2026 (Tigray Mass Media Agency) — A drone strike carried out by the genocidal Abiy Ahmed regime in Ethiopia has destroyed a trailer truck carrying grain assistance for displaced people in Northwestern Tigray, according to Head of Peace and Security for the Northwestern Zone, Zekre Mulat Yihdego.
Zekre Mulat said the attack occurred at around 10:30 a.m. today on the main Shire–Sheraro road in Adi Daero, where three drone bombs struck the truck as it transported relief grain from Shire to IDPs awaiting humanitarian aid in Sheraro.
The head said the truck and the grain assistance were burned in the attack. The aid was destined for displaced people who have been awaiting humanitarian assistance while facing severe hunger and other socio-economic hardships.
The strike comes as humanitarian needs remain acute in Tigray, where insecurity concerns have disrupted access to food and essential services. Humanitarian agencies have previously reiterated vulnerability of displaced communities in Northwestern Tigray.

Tigray Calls for Impartial Mediator to Revive Peace Talks
#Tigray, questioning the independence of Olusegun Obasanjo, has called for an impartial and independent mediator to revive peace talks with #Ethiopia—saying Pretoria has failed to deliver the intended peace and stability.
Abiy’s war on Tigray has nothing to do with a political movement or the corrupt leaders in Mekelle. In fact, he loves them and wants them to stay in power.
His war is against the people, against the future of Tigray.
