@girdley Not a bad idea especially as couches often end up being given away for free. A family member bought a house and when they moved in all the lightbulbs, doorknobs and fridge was gone. People are nuts.

I started with this recipe and double it. I use frozen diced onions instead of shallots. Sometimes I’ll fry up some diced celery and carrots along with the onion and garlic. Put in some chopped ham or cooked ground meat at the very end along with some Costco mixed frozen veggies. The cilantro really brightens it up. Like with other soups and stews I’ll often make it the night before so the flavours have a chance to blend. Freezes great. https://t.co/nFwFlFF1vA

Interesting. I would have thought meat would be the most expensive. I have lentil soup recipe I make which is pretty filling. It uses dried brown lentils, throw in some diced ham, costco frozen veggies and cilantro. I haven't calculated the cost per bowl but I figure it's pretty cheap. I have an 18 year old son to feed so need to think about these things hahaha.

@OrevaZSN Yeah the only reason I’m ditching my iPhone X is a lot of apps have stopped working. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. Takes great photos and has a better battery life than my new phone.

@ProfitToTheMax1 Where I live we can’t really offer free shipping so customers don’t expect it. I rarely go to the post office though. Home pickups are super convenient.
