@CityPowerJhb You are already aware of the issue!!! Why log another call? The mini sub that caught fire is right outside our estate. So submitting logging another call will simply allow you opportunity to further delay as your etr then starts again with a new call logged. Fix the damn problem

@CityPowerJhb Bergbron:It's 10 & power is still out after loadshedding from 6:00. Loadshedding AGAIN from 14:00-18:30. Tonight there will be some issue again & we won't be restored 18:30 & have loadshedding again from 22:00. How are we supposed to operate like this?

@CityPowerJhb Florida Glen has been off since 6am. Last night the same thing happened. 4 hours of consecutive loadshedding. You are lying to your customers!!!
