This film, has the best songs of any Indian Tamil film. But how it is shot. It's a film from the year 2000, but feels like a Jackie Chan movie from the 80's, without Jackie Chan and the kung fu.
I think it's because JC used foreign locations in the 80's, which gives that feel.
