Can we all agree $RGS is no longer the broken mall-salon operator the market remembers? The company has transformed into a 92% franchised, asset-light cash flow business with six consecutive quarters of positive operating cash flow, a dramatically leaner cost structure, and improving same-store sales at Supercuts. Yet the stock still trades at ~5x EBITDA while peers trade at double or triple that multiple.
