@virginmedia And what do we do in the meantime? We have had intermittent service for a week while paying our full monthly bill? How do we find out when the issue will be resolved?
@virginmedia It says there is a broadband issue and it has said this most days this week at least once. This has happened for multiple neighbours aswell so it isn't our equipment.
@The_RHS How easy is it to upgrade to a joint membership mid year once your child turns 5 and would no longer get in for free on the single person membership (if two adults already attending)?
