@AdmiralUK is it normal for it to take 3 months to reply to emails regarding an ongoing claim and then when you do reply and I do I still don’t hear back and it’s been over 3 weeks - trying to claim since moving from RSA has been nothing but terrible!

@dhlexpressuk tracking says delivery attempted however I’ve been in all day was in at 2.05pm when it was supposedly attempted and no one knocked the door or rang the bell- checked back on the ring camera and no one here at that time?

@jet2tweets just wanted to give some recognition to a crew member Adam Yates who was working on flight LS1706 from Lanzarote to Manchester yesterday! He was exceptionally kind and caring, I’m 19 weeks pregnant and have carpal tunnel and was in a lot of pain (1/2)

@jet2tweets (2/2) he went out of his way to check I was ok throughout the flight and was just generally very caring and considerate! He also appeared to be great with other passengers on board as well! He’s a credit to Jet2 and excellent at his job! X
