@airindia had one of the worst flying exp with AI301. Poor hardware. The food tray wont get out. Inflight screen keeps falling on the passenger foot. Food like ready to eat meal. Seats are poor quality. Never opt for Air India when travelling 6+ hours.

@airindia I paid extra for front row seats to be comfortable (row 11). But this is what you offered. My partner, for the first time in her flight travel history, felt nauseated & threw up. The overall travel environment was just very poor and disappointing @airindia

This is regrdng flight 6E-5329 Mumbai to Kolkata Flight. Lately, @IndiGo6E has started using a dirty tactic. They schedule flights at X time & delay boarding by 1.30. To avoid charges levied by delay policies, they board passengers on to the bus and make them wait further 30M.
