@Vapingit It's because lawmakers like thier cigars. They make exceptions for themselves. In Montana, the leadership would exempt pouches from bans because they use them.
Montana #vapors got a win today! HB 149 passed out of committee and goes to full vote on the House Floor later this week. Separated from tobacco and age restricted venues.
For those who enjoyed Montana's vape hearing on HB 149 yesterday, please tune in to our hearing today. HB 177 will do the exact opposite. https://t.co/26WgeF2OGQ

"Not just lung cancer , but additional diseases" really? And please enlighten us as to what those are. This dishonesty needs to be called out. The vapng industry deserves to be cleared from these blatant lies.
I wonder what @mbsiegel and other public health researchers think of this claim from Amanda Cahill of the @ACSCAN in Montana.
She confidently declares there is data linking vaping to lung cancer and promises to produce it. I hope legislators hold her to her pledge.
@ChaunceyGardner@GregTHR@mbsiegel@ACSCAN Thank you for this! We are getting this image to the Representative who asked the question and will also submit it to the committee.
