@ktbeighley@united Thank you, but they are not there for complaints, they can rebook flights, change seats, provide info, etc. When it comes to complaints they really can’t do anything for you.
@united who ami kidding, you don’t care. I challenge anyone to find a United customer service phone number where someone will handle issues on the spot. It doesn’t exist. Why? It would be too expensive to staff for the volume of issues they have, so they need automation to scale
I can’t be the only @united regular commuter who flys out of SLC and thinks, “How does an airline let an airport abuse them so badly.” They really make you walk a mile to get to any @United gate

Infosec as an industry needs to get better at shifting the investment paradigm to handle bot traffic. Clearly the adoption is not where it needs to be, which means we need to lower prices.
