मुझे इन लोगो से एक ही सवाल है
आखिर क्या ही मिलता होगा इस कदर जमीर मारने के लिए?
ये बात किसी पार्टी से नेता से ना जोड़ी जाए
हर इंसान अपनी अंतरात्मा से झूठ नही बोल सकता क्या ये इतने अनुभवी हो गए है के ये खुद को भी खुद के झूठ पे यकीन दिला देते होंगे?

विकास दर निकालने का बुनियाद��� नियम यह है कि तुलना हमेशा एक ही पैमाने (सीरीज़) पर होनी चाहिए।

अगर आप नए पैमाने का उप��ोग कर रहे हैं, तो दोनों सालों के आँकड़े उसी नए पैमाने के मुताबिक होने चाहिए।

दो अलग-अलग आधार वर्षों के आँकड़ों को मिलाना बिल्कुल वैसा ही है जैसे कोई व्यक्ति अपने बच्चे का क़द पिछले साल फ़ीट वाले फ़ीते से नापे और इस साल मीटर वाले पैमाने से, और फिर दोनों अलग-अलग इकाइयों की सीधी तुलना करके कहे कि बच्चे का क़द तो बढ़ा ही नहीं।
