This underwear is a duplicate copy and the packing is also not original. Flipkart is not taking it back. When I have paid the full amount then why should I take a duplicate item?

Your customer care officer is repeatedly saying, please send the photo. I have repeatedly sent different photos and still the products have not been returned

I received this product on 21st February and on the same day I put a return request for it but it was not returned. Even after complaining about it repeatedly, it was not returned and I have sent its photo 7-8 times to different places, still the customer Care is saying photo
