We bought faucet that was 2 short for bathroom sink. Also bought sink @houzz, & many other things w/them for renovation. Over $2k. Tho return period is passed, it was yesterday that our contractor opened the faucet. Houzz absolutely refused to help. Nice customer service. Beware

My covid-positive friends tried to do the right thing and not board a @SpiritAirlines plane. But after hours of back and forth Spirit is forcing them to board a plane, w their sick baby. Or pay $500 to change their tickets! Thanks Spirit!

I have 2 friends, and their baby, who are about to jump into a @SpiritAirlines plane almost surely with COVID. They called Spirit and explained that they are not feeling well and that they were exposed, but Spirit wants to charge them over $500 to do the change. Way to go Spirit
