RAC in Indian Railways feels unfair.

We pay full fare for a berth, but often get half a berth (shared seat) and no proper sleep.

💡 Simple fix:
Charge ~70% fare for RAC and
➡️ collect balance if berth confirms, or
➡️ refund the difference if journey ends in RAC.

@FeastHouse restaurant review None of the staff cared about the customer. We were not even served the whole menu. Until requested many times we were not even given plates. Upon complaining to the manager she didn't even bother to listen the whole matter and ignored it.

PNR: 4932451670 | Train: 08312 – ED SBP SP. There was no drinking water seller available from the time the train departed. Passengers faced serious inconvenience due to lack of access to drinking water.
Requesting immediate action and resolution.
