@SkyHelpTeam again you don't fail to be utter useless, i cancel broadband as your engineers agreed it wasn't working, your foreign call centre staff agree it WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT CHARGE, yet you charge....LIARS, taking £261 early termination charge for a service unfit to use

@SkyHelpTeam you *fixed* our broadband on 17th June, its now dropping connection again 4 or 5 times a day, great paying £45.50 a month for an unusable service. You said if it happens again we can terminate without a fee

@RAC_Care why us the RAC such an appalling company, almost 24 hours after breakdown, being told to make my own way home, the patrol lying next day saying they have been when im sat in it, still lying and new update is between 12.30 and 13.30 today. I broke down yesterday at 15.30

@TheRAC_UK you are absolutely the worst, a lone female broken down, 5 hours later im still here, logged the call at 15.50, time has just changed to 23.50 and 01.20 for assistance. If I get murdered its all your fault.....appalling

@SkyHelpTeam Yes for the second time. My husband is an IT Engineer at a school so does understand about Broadband etc, we know we are being fobbed off, the internet works in the night and goes down all day
