Season 2 of @BioProtocol is almost here — and things are about to get way more real for DeSci. We’ve made a ton of changes to make the system stronger, fairer, and more rewarding for everyone in the Bio fam.

💧 1. ASSET/USDC Pools
We’re switching up liquidity pairs — new tokens will launch with USDC, not $BIO.
This helps keep prices more stable and protects the system from volatility.
Projects that reach a solid FDV will still get ASSET/BIO pairs later on.

💎 2. More BioXP for BIO Stakers
If you’re staking $BIO (holding veBIO), you’ll earn way more BioXP now.
Simple — more commitment, more rewards.

🎁 3. Airdrops for Stakers
Every new project this season will airdrop some tokens to $BIO stakers, giving bros real passive income.
Starts right from the first launchpad project 👀

📈 4. Limit-Sell Fundraising
This one’s big. Instead of projects selling all their tokens upfront, they’ll now unlock capital only when they actually grow.
Basically:
•They set limit-sell orders at certain FDVs ($50M, $100M, $200M, etc.)
•When the project hits those milestones → sell orders trigger → funds unlock
This keeps valuation and growth aligned — no more dumping before proving value.

⚡ 5. Instant BioXP
You can now stake + lock $BIO and get BioXP instantly (minus a small “fast track” fee).
That means you can jump straight into ongoing sales without waiting for the lock timer.
Goes live with the first launchpad of Season 2.

🌊 6. Aerodrome Pools
All new launchpad projects will launch ASSET/USDC pools on @AerodromeFi —
so you’ll be able to trade them on Coinbase right from day one.

🤖 7. x402 x BioAgents
We’re open-sourcing the BioAgents framework and integrating with x402, Coinbase’s onchain payment protocol.
More utility, more reach.

🌉 8. BNB Chain Bridge
$BIO is expanding to BNB Chain 🎉
More accessibility, more liquidity between @base and BNB Chain.

•Season 2 purchase limit: up to 1% of supply per bro (vs 0.5% in S1)
•Token unlocks: 20% at TGE, remaining 80% over 30 days → less sell pressure
•Flexible BioXP: ecosystems can now set their own XP multipliers to boost staking at the right times
