@jupesthebigcat Oh hell yeah! Especially in the upper register, you have to use a little bit more weight to “punch through” the rubber wrap just inside the mallet’s yarn so that the force actually gets delivered into the keys and you don’t get wispy (or sometimes nonexistent) sound
