Students like @BriRatliff12 are a huge reason I love working at @Trinity_U & serving as the @TrinityUTigers Faculty Athletic Rep. She's at the @NCAA headquarters repping the Tiger Nation and taking part in an intensive #leadership development program. Way to go Bri! #TigerPride
I could say so much about these students. They TRANSFORMED into new people in order to complete their projects with @bgcsanantonio@SanAntonioFC and @valerotxopen. I’m proud of who they are and who they’ve become. #TUSPMT tweet 2 of 2

I could’t be more proud of these @Trinity_U students. The final for #Hiphop, #Innovation, & sport required them to write a 2.5 min rap weaving class content w/ their personal journey. The kicker: they had to perform for the class!! Such honesty & vulnerability. #TigerPride
As per of their semester-long project, a group from our #tuspmt class presented a pilot coaching curriculum to @bgcsanantonio today and rocked it. I’m so happy our students impact our community while gaining valuable experience.

The last week of the semester meant starting classes with 8 minutes of meditation. The busier we are, the more we need to take time for ourselves. People first. Students second.
The Great Hall is filled with GREAT people tonight listening to Dr. Julian Earls, retired director of NASA’s research center.
“It takes more than a degree to make you smart.”
“Education without common sense is like a bag of books on a jackass.”
All that in the first five mins!
“To talk about inclusion, you must talk about who is being excluded.” - @tiabmcnair
A lot of hard hitting knowledge at the workshop, “Intentionality by Design: Equity, Inclusive Excellence, and Quality.”
Winds of change are picking up. @tuResearch@Trinity_U
Packed house at The Men’s Project, A Forum Theater Performance. Social change through theater. Taking on the idea of masculinity. I’m a little biased, but Trinity students are absolutely amazing.
#turnupfriday Presenting their argument based on a sport management case study “Aspirations Through Associations”; should the junior college stay NJCAA, move to NCAA DIII, or move to NAIA? So lucky to use materials created by colleagues to help students shine. #tuspmt@TingleJK
Absolutely amazing #HipHop#Innovation & #Sport class. Jess and Cody led a great discussion on the @SteveStoute’s “The Tanning of America.” The debate question: Could hip-hop emerge out of present day socio-political and economic conditions? Led to creative, critical dialogue.
Shots from our “croquet day” in the History of Sport in the US class. The goal was to better understand, #experientially, how #croquet served as a liminal site for gender roles among the upper class in the mid-late 1800s. Post-lecture, of course. #TUSPMT@TingleJK@Trinity_U
