HOT TAKE: in an anime dub, do NOT put verbal tics at the end of sentences. This is fine for subs, since those are straight adaptations, but it sounds unnatural out loud. Incorporate it into the middle of the dialogue instead. (Video 1 instead of Video 2, these are different dubs)
