“That which God said to the rose, and caused it to laugh in full-blown beauty, He said to my heart, and made it a hundred times more beautiful.” ― Rumi

The more you heal, the more your priorities shift. You stop chasing, forcing, and holding on to people who let go. Suddenly, your peace matters more than their presence. Solitude becomes self-care. Silence becomes safety. You reconnect with yourself until you feel like you again.
I found a prayer in Ruth 3:18
Lord, for matters concerning my life & destiny, let men & women whom you have chosen & touched to help me not rest until it's settled for my good and in my favor. And may I learn to wait patiently for how you work it out. 😭😭
The older I get, the more I believe happiness lives in the ordinary. Pets. Plants. A quiet morning coffee. Blue sky. Cotton clouds. Birds singing. The gentle breeze through the trees. A clean, cosy house. Good food. Good hearted simple poeple. So much of life’s beauty is quiet, gentle, and already here. And somehow, one of the sweetest feelings is knowing I get to wake up and meet it all again tomorrow.
The older I get, the more I realize, I don’t want a busy life. I want a deep life. Slow mornings. Focused work. Calm people. Meaningful progress. Good books. A quiet mind at night. Nothing flashy. Nothing trendy. Just a life that feels good to live. Depth over noise. That'll do.
Kenya will host a historic 24-hour mangrove restoration effort at Mirarani Site, Tudor Creek in Mombasa County, from 30th April to 1st May 2026.
The initiative, led by global environmental champion Antoine Moses (@antomosplant) - a Guinness World Record holder who planted 23,060 trees in 24 hours - will attempt to plant 40,000 mangrove propagules in a single day.
The effort brings together the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, Kenya Forest Service (@KeForestService), the EarthLungs Reforestation Foundation (@EarthlungsF), Veritree (@veritree_), County Government of Mombasa and local communities in a coordinated restoration exercise under real coastal conditions.
This initiative reinforces Kenya’s leadership in climate action while advancing the 15 Billion Tree Growing Programme through restoration of degraded coastal ecosystems, protection of biodiversity, enhancement of carbon sequestration, and support to sustainable livelihoods.
Kenya invites the world to witness and be part of this defining global environmental moment.

it is a privilege to get to know yourself all over again, to leave behind who you used to be and meet who you want to be, to reintroduce yourself to the world as a new embodiment of who you knew you always were, to reacquaint yourself with your magic.
90% of problems? You created them yourself.
By avoiding decisions. By ignoring priorities. By failing to speak clearly.
The fix? Own it. Simplify. Act.
We live in a world that constantly asks, “What are you doing with your life?” But maybe the better question is, “How are you living it?” You don’t have to turn your existence into a performance. You’re allowed to walk slowly, notice small joys, laugh often, and simply participate in life without constantly trying to prove your value.
Q: How can I develop?
M: Why go on pruning the ego? That is just what it wants - to be the center of attraction. The false ego is associated with objects; the subject alone is the reality.
The world is seen in the light reflected by the mind. The moon shines by the reflected light of the sun. When the sun has set, the moon is useful for seeing things, but when the sun rises, no one needs the moon, even though it is visible in the sky.
So it is with the mind and Heart. The mind is used for seeing objects.
The Self is there whether you search for it or not. The cessation of false identification reveals the Self, which is eternally existing. This is called realization.
Blankness is the evil result of searching with the mind. The mind must be erased out of existence. See who the thinker is, who the seeker is.
Then abide as the thinker, the seeker, and all thoughts will then disappear. That ego is pure ego purged of thoughts. It is the same as the Self.

Humans weren’t meant to only consume life. We’re meant to shape it. To create things and express something that didn’t exist before we touched it. When all you do is scroll, watch, and absorb, something inside you starts to shrink. Creation is medicine for the human spirit.
This january start the year with an empty jar. every week you add a note with a good thing that happened. On new year's eve, empty the jar and read about the amazing year you had. I did it last year and it's the absolute Game changer.
A 44-year-old woman in Kivumbini woke up one morning & decided the justice system was moving too slowly, so she opened her own private prison. She launched it on December 5, 2025, and by the weekend she was arresting people like the OCS she believed she was. Madam went full CSI operation. She arrested 36 people for drinking & driving, eight “jaba boys” for loitering with intent and three thugs who were trying their luck hijacking cars along KANU Street.
She also arrested 19 pickpockets who were stealing money to fund December enjoyments. She also decided to deal with domestic violence once and for all. She locked up 98 men accused of assaulting their wives and sentenced each of them to 5 yrs sentences in her prison. All this mikoras were being fed once a day.
She was literally doing more than the Kenya police. Unfortunately, she was later arrested after kivumbini goat wives started reporting missing persons after their husbands disappeared without a trace only for the DCI sleuths to find them being caged like broilers chicken at a private plot in kivumbini. Nakuru ikona mambo. Chesaa!! Kama kawa sisi walala hoii hatuna maoni, Letu Jicho tu.👀
