I revived my 14-year-old dog with peptides.
6 months ago, he was slowing down fast. He was limping, achy, getting up slowly, and couldn't jump on the couch.
We honestly didn't know if we had 6 months left with him.
Today, our boy is running, jumping on the patio, going on long walks again, and even his hearing is back.
I approached his protocol the same way I'd approach mine.
- We started with BPC-157 and TB-500. 1-2 mg a day, 5 days on, 2 days off, injected basically the same way you'd inject a human. Within a couple of weeks, we saw less limping, less stiffness, he was moving better, etc.
- Then we ran his labs the same way I run mine. Everything looked good except some minor kidney markets, and at his age kidney issues can spiral into problems dogs don't come back from. We addressed this with a bioregulator stack, again the same ones I use.
- Then we put him on TRT. We're all aware of what happens to men when testosterone tanks with age. Now consider that we neuter our dogs, cut off their testosterone production entirely, and never think about it again.
We put our boy on testosterone and the change was immediate. Within days of the first shot he became a different dog.
We started with one shot a week, but just like in humans, by day 5 or 6 the levels drop and you get peaks and troughs.
So we split it into two shots a week: Tuesday and Friday.
We started conservatively, around 20mg per shot, and titrated up from there based on how he responded and how his labs looked.
We landed at about 60mg total per week for a 70 pound dog, keeping a close eye on labs the whole way. That made a huge difference. Shot day is like a revival for him.
...
And it's not just us, in fact other families are running the same protocol and seeing similar results.
6 months ago we were counting the time we had left with him. My kids were horrified by the thought that he would no longer be there as they grew up with him as their full-time guardian.
Now I genuinely believe we have another 3 years.
If you have a dog, understand that he's aging the same way you are. He needs help, but he can't do the research... you can!
And after seeing what this protocol did for him, I knew other dog owners deserved access to it too, so check the tweet below.
I'm 14-year-old dog.
I went through the same biohacking protocol humans use and revived myself entirely (sharing more below).
6 months ago, I was slowing down and thought "well, this could be the end." Today, I'm running again.
In case you don't know, I was adopted by @morellifit after being abandoned (twice).
I was 102 pounds, morbidly obese, hypothyroid, hypertensive, suffering from chronic ear infections, partial facial paralysis, and more.
Over the next several years, I went through eye surgery, major dental work, and spleen removal.
By 14, I started slowing down fast.
Luckily, my parents didn't accept this gnarly destiny so they started working on my health.
I went from limping and not being able to jump to running and jumping again.
Here is everything I used over the years.

I'm the most measured dog on the planet right now.
The n=1 in canine longevity.
And I'll be sharing everything I do to add 5 years to my life.
Follow for more.
My protocol updates this past week:
- right now, TRT is the foundation
- currently running BPC-157 + glutathione as strips (I'm testing out peptide strips)
- low-dose tirzepatide
- getting ready to add epitalon at 10mg a day for 20 days
- getting ready to add pinealon at 1mg a day for 20 days
- getting ready to add cerebrolysin, still need to look at the proper dosing
- also going to bring in Klotho
- I think I’m also going to experiment with rapamycin
- I’ve become a big skeptic of wearables, so I think what we should really be tracking is how we feel and labs
Protocol updates this past week:
+ stopped small molecule SLU-PP-332 due to it causing sleep disturbances, was using it for possible mitochondria improvements
+ got my semen microplastics results back, sharing tomorrow
+ decided to pass on doing cryotherapy as a longevity intervention
+ sourcing a skin elasticity device to measure effects of skin therapy
+ 10th week of metformin off stage
+ 6th week of PEMF

Meet ChooChoo.
He is the most measured dog alive and the n=1 case study in canine longevity.
Recently, he's done more comprehensive health testing than most humans will do in their entire lives.
If you have a dog, pay attention to this.
We’ve measured:
- Gut microbiome
- Food intolerances
- Glyphosate exposure
- Heavy metals + minerals
- Mycotoxins
- Vitamin D
- Full in-home integrative assessment
- Personalized recommendations
- 40-minute results review
And this is only the beginning.
We wanna understand every measurable input into his health, track how it changes over time, and use that data to maximize both lifespan and healthspan.
This way, we can allow other dogs and their owners to do the same.

Bromantane may be a God-level nootropic.
I've been taking this Russian smart drug for months now.
It gives me this calm energy without jitters. It also feels as if it has permanently increased my motivation.
Here's the breakdown: (1/11)
Every $CHOO transaction strengthens the mission. A portion flows directly into the ChooChoo Fund, helping dogs in need now.
More Good Years, for more dogs.
Why I take bromantane:
- It's an adaptogenic stimulant. It raises dopamine and serotonin while reinforcing the calming GABA system.
- It makes me more motivated to do tedious stuff on a daily basis
- It gives me steady energy without jitters like amphetamines
- 728-patient Russian trial found no tolerance or craving, i.e. I can't get addicted

Bromantane is a great example of a "stimulant" that doesn't need to be harsh to be effective.
Evidence (mostly Russian) indicates it removes fatigue, sharpens focus + reduces anxiety with a few acute downsides.
And it does wonders in combination with modafinil.

I’ve become a big skeptic of wearables like Whoop and Oura ring.
And I genuinely think most people would be better off without them.
What we should really be tracking is how we feel + labs.
One thing wearables are really good at is heart rate. It's actually one of the things they do pretty well. The average error for that was only around 3%.
However, there's this one review that found only around 11% of commercially available wearables had been validated for even one biometric outcome.
e.g. sleep data
There's a study froom 2025 that compared Oura against a proper sleep lab.
When looking at collective group results, Oura was only 12 minutes off for total sleep time.
But when they checked individual readings, some were 54 minutes too low, while others were 98 minutes too high.
Your data says your sleep sucked.
But you wake up thinking:
“I actually feel like I got good sleep. What do you mean it sucked?”
Then the opposite happens.
Your sleep score looks amazing. And you wake up feeling like you got hit by a bus.
Oura is now facing a proposed class action over how it markets its sleep-stage accuracy.
WHOOP has also faced scrutiny over claims around its blood pressure feature.
I’ve tried both.
Oura was the better one of the two for me.
I still think wearables are useful for some things.
But I'd never make a health decision like "skip training to avoid injury" based on a sleep or recovery score alone.
If the wearable says I slept badly but I feel great and my labs look good, I trust how I feel and the labs first.
