You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves especially in today’s climate when the cost of living is hard enough as it is. Charging 2 lots of £86.27 in 1 week in order to rectify your mistake on 1 food order and claiming you can do no more and that’s just how it is?
@asda 3rd phone call (at 40mins and counting) after being given the silent treatment and refused to be handed to the supervisor on the first 2 calls, to see where our elderly and chronically ill grandparents’ home delivery of weekly shopping is, nearly 3 hours after the slot.
And when told we won’t have the funds in the account to authorise 2 £80+ payments this week, were told both orders will then be cancelled. But we will be given a £5 evoucher. Sorry our elderly and frail grandparents will go without food this week and you think a £5 makes it ok?
@mrjamesob just completed our first go at The James O’Brien Mystery Hour Game.. it’s even better than expected (and this coming from my partner who is by his own admission James’ no.1 fan) #MysteryHourGame#Addicted
@TUIUK@ClS1971 Oh that’s kind of you to offer it to this customer, especially considering that we were told we wouldn’t be entitled to it with absolutely no explanation as to why? How come some people are getting this 20% and others aren’t?? We all followed your exact advice?
