So I had to call again and rebook. I feel very uncomfortable now dealing with @SouthwestAir with agents like dawn there. Her behavior was unwelcoming, rude, and unlike anything I know of @SouthwestAir customer core values. Especially to military veterans who served.

Me so rudely and took 15 mins to rebook the ticket and charged me $150 extra. I have never received behavior like that from anyone especially on a @SouthwestAir. The biggest inconvenience is she changed the name of my ticket that doesn’t matched my drivers license.

The agent dawn a Jackson who was a ramp agent @SouthwestAir told me very rudely this is not for retired military only active duty. I said ok I wasn’t aware. She said I have to now rebook your ticket so you no longer get the military discount. I told her I understand. Dawn treated

Had such a unpleasant experience with @SouthwestAir on my Friday flight 6:10 am. I purchased a ticket using the military discount that @SouthwestAir offers and I was called by name to the bordering gate for my Military ID card. I gladly pulled out as a retired @USArmy veteran.
