@lapingouine C’est à croire que les gens sont pris au dépourvu quand on leur dit bonjour dans un setup public… haha… ça m’arrive tous les jours à l’école de ma fille
@YogaPantsRec Think it could be worthwhile for companies to be more transparent with their candidates and more honest in their feedback. Candidates would be less salty if they actually knew that yes you’re totally qualified for it but no,x reason is a major decision factor
@BowTiedHH Clearly hasn’t been dealt with properly. As a candidate you can’t go as far as the offer stage knowing that the comp is 25% below expectation. You just don’t go with the flow and believe you’ll have leverage once the offer stage is reached. Proper time waste
@petergyang My husband and I are currently sick with 2 sick kids. The fresh hell we’ve had since January is that they feel more energetic than the adults when we’re all sick, so we still gotta engage them in play and crafts when we just want to nap.
@JesseZulak I’ve rarely seen hobbies that made the cut. If it’s something more significant like volunteering for a cause (I’m talking about real hours dedicated to a cause) it works better under Memberships/organziations/affiliations.
@ThatAndreaM I’m personally guilty of that! 🙋🏽♂️I’ve been practising letting the negative go.Taking the feedback into consideration yes, but focusing more on the actionable. I’ve also got a sort of “testimonial page” that I go back to when I’m feeling low or when the impostor syndrome kicks in.

Solving for human problems requires actual humans.
AI, like humans, has biased built in.
We cant solve for bias by asking AI to do it for us.
