2/ That aside, this newest group of Wizards is the youngest ever. All men, sadly no women. All discretionary traders (as before), ie no systematic traders.
I hope you’ll enjoy listening to it.
1/ Thank you Jack Schwager and George Coyle for joining me on the Open Interest podcast on Top Traders Unplugged earlier this week. I learned that “penny” stocks can be trading in full dollars — and that shorting them as day trades can make heaps of money 😎
Special episode out TODAY! 📢
️@moritzseibert sits down with legendary Market Wizards author @jackschwager and co-author George Coyle (@gfc4) to discuss their upcoming book, where they interviewed some of the most extraordinary young traders today! 👇️

4/ however, to make this as valuable as possible, I invite you to send me some of the question YOU would ask them. Topics and themes that YOU are interested in, and areas into which you'd like me to take a deeper dive. Drop your questions below and I’ll try to incorporate them.
Exciting day today.
1/ Tonight, I’ll be sitting down with @jackschwager and @gfc4 on my Open Interest podcast on Top Traders Unplugged to speak about their latest Market Wizards book ("Market Wizards: The Next Generation"), which will be released on 9 June.
3/ I'm excited about the interview because this will be their first podcast appearance ahead of the release date. And I have several — hopefully good and fresh — questions in my mind already;
2/ For anyone in the investment world, the Market Wizards books hardly need an introduction. The series has shaped how generations of traders think about markets, risk, and edge.
Doug King has been trading commodities for over 20 years.
In this episode with Moritz Seibert (@moritzseibert), he gives a masterclass in cycles, discipline, and risk management.

@Covel@rjpjr12 No 12 round boxing match, no knock-outs... soft gloves, but a lot of fun chatting with @rjpjr12 and @Covel about leverage and fees. Thank you!
@ShortGoodIdeas@choffstein@GestaltU@moritzheiden That was the idea/aim. We wanted to ask some questions which we thought would be interesting to discuss, some of them a bit more technical, but not super super technical... liquidity, B/O spreads, some of the constraints/challenges of putting it into an ETF etc. Glad you liked it
🚨 NEW #ReSolveRiffs Episode! @GestaltU chats with @moritzseibert & @moritzheiden of @takahecapital on trend following, outlier trades, risk control, and breaking free from ESG constraints. A deep dive into the art of managed futures. WATCH NOW! https://t.co/301TCC2NBl
@ChrisLooksHere@TopTradersLive@Covel Incentives of the manager? What are the incentives of a manager when the business runs on management fees? Answer: Asset gathering and scale. And you think that's good for the investor? If you start a business, any business, have some reserves (for Ddown... else don't do it.)
@investingidiocy@TopTradersLive@Covel Yes, management fees are for beta. Putting 500 US stocks into an ETF is a service which deserves a fee. Market forces will determine what fee level is right (20 bps, 5 bps, etc.)
