@PostOffice Just how is one supposed to report a website malfunction? The redirect a parcel submit option (phone and computer) didn't work. Support and Contact pages same but no means of asking a question for anything not listed, as far as I could see.
@BBCNews Re. Leasehold; Whilst using a different name, perhaps, the proposed system already exists but may not be common. The flat we own has a shared freehold, there's a management Co consisting of owners for convenience. Owners lease the flats, thus conditions are controlled.
@BlombergUK What is the point of having a website with a 'Customer Service' page if you don't respond to the questions asked. The questions may seem trivial and the answers obvious to you, but if the customer takes the trouble to find you, it matters to them.
@dommyrae@HMRCcustomers HMRC seems to have a very big communication problem - been waiting far longer than the target 3 weeks for a Self Assessment re-calc. Submitted a complaint and guess what... Still no response other than the automated 'we'll get back to you in due course'! Not impressed.
@HMRCcustomers What is the normal time to get a response from a complaint? I complained about your service, receiving an automated response on the 11th Sept - since then... nothing. Rgds...
