@WestJet We booked a direct flight from Pearson to Ft Myers. Paid extra for it. Perfect conditions! No wind and not a cloud in the sky. And now we have been stuck in Pearson / Toronto for almost 24 hours and haven’t heard a THING! This is criminal. DO NOT fly @westjet
