It was under his watch that a magistrate in Kwaggafontein struck a case off the roll in a haphazard manner then prematurely issued an arrest warrant for the prosecutor, and then yena Mothibi suspended the same prosecutor only to reverse the suspension and lay a complaint against the magistrate: many incidents in one week - a first of its kind. 🤡

It is also under Mothibi's leadership that IDAC appears to be playing Humpty-Dumpty with senior SAPS generals: threatening arrests one moment, only to make a sudden about-turn the next. Again, a first of its kind. 🤡

But now it looks like their plan bombed out.

On 10 November 2025, Office of Ethics and Accountability at the NPA received an Ethics Complaint against Andrea Johnson.

In line with Regulation 17(1) to the NPA Act such a complaint against a National Director must be IMMEDIATELY referred to the Minister of Justice who must in turn refer that Ethics Complaint to the PRESIDENT to initiate an Enquiry into fitness to hold office!!!

This process WAS NOT FOLLOWED in relation to the Ethics Complaint against Andrea Johnson!!!!

In an about turn, IDAC says Lt.Gen Dumisane and Maj.Gen Nozipho Madondo have NOT been arrested.

IDAC ordered the two Crime Intellegence cops to report to the Brooklyn Police Station in Pretoria this afternoon after claiming they have warrants of arrests. They were told to bring “overnight bags.”

However, IDAC did not come to the station saying they were told by a “senior” not to execute the arrests.

KZN top cop, Lt.Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi also reported to the station after he was told to also report.
