Sometime growth came from changing what people think you do.
Uber Eats spent this in the last three year by
"Get Almost* Almost Anything "
13% market-share growth was reported in campaign coverage.
1 Grand Effie in Australia in 2026.
One campaign was built around expanding and what customers associate with the brand.
The lesson for founders?
before even think of adding another service, ask yourself
"If people can understands the value of your offer "
Sometimes Changing the perception is the next stage of growth.
@WatcherGuru Everyone wants more capable AI agents.
The real challenge starts when capability grows faster than control.
The next AI race isn’t just about intelligence.
It’s about reliability and alignment.
I pulled 800K+ impressions
from an account that wasn't posting.
(from one of my Test account)
That changed how I think about distribution.
Most people think content creates reach.
Sometimes,
distribution creates the opportunity for content.
The experiment taught me to look beyond posting frequency.
Because getting attention isn't only about
what you publish.
It's also about
where,
when,
and how
people discover it.
Referrals are great.
Until they're
your entire pipeline.
Then one quiet month
can turn into
a business problem.
You don't control
when the next referral arrives.
You don't control
how many arrive.
And once the pipeline dries up,
you start looking for clients
from a position of panic.
That's why referrals should be
part of your acquisition system.
Not the entire system.
People:
“AI is drinking all our water.”
The chart:
Nestlé - 4 trillion liters
Coca-Cola -2.8 trillion
Pepsi -2.3 trillion
Unilever -1.5 trillion
Google -42 billion
Meta -10 billion
Microsoft -380 million
X -50 million
The interesting part?
...
The data isn't what made this
post attention-worthy.
The framing did.
Put AI next to Coca-Cola,
Pepsi and Nestlé...
and suddenly people have
something to argue about.
That's marketing.
You don't always need
more information.
You need a reason
to make people notice it.
@KatieMiller As far as i could remember this was to reason for him to be Kicked from the CEO Position and dunny enough this was the same reason he got reassigned to CEO again .
This is called peak marketing (-_-)
You don’t always need a better product to get attention.
Sometimes you just need a better way to frame what’s already there.
It's a great example of how can you make something premium even it's a day to day things.
@jxcbzs If this is not a engagement farming post.

┗ 📂 What Most Founders Skip
┗ 📂 Actually documenting the client journey
Most agency founders skip the last one. Then wonder why the brand never converts into leads.
Which one are you missing right now?
Underrated opinion about growing on X from zero.
Nobody wants to hear this, but posting daily is the slow way.
Replying to bigger accounts in your niche does more for your account than a week of your own posts.
This is not competing for attention, It's called borrowing an audience that already showed up.
Do that for a month before you obsess over your own content calendar.
