Is not about whether the police is wrong or not. It is about being safe brother. You arguing with the police about your rights on something you avoid does not make you wise. That is why some people end dead. When we begin to allow our emotions role our critical thinking, we end up doing the wrong thing. Let’s agree they handled it wrong. Agreed. What then is considered reasonable suspicion? And is it worth the trouble argue and refusing to comply when you know you are innocent and can sue if you feel violated. Because in some cases it ends up very bad and people will get likes and make some money over your story when you are gone. So tell me? Is it worth it?

Being stupid is when you know your actions will take you no where but being arrested or killed for something you would have just complied and walk away. Instead you choose to argue and some times fight your way and then end in a bad position. If you feel you were wrongfully detained, sue them. There are people here that fuel negative actions of people just to tell the story for likes after you are dead or arrested. Be wise

Criminals don’t obey laws. So the problem is not about gun laws, the problem is what laws are passed based on the crimes caused by these criminals. If the laws become harder, the criminals will understand they are not to commit crimes and neither gun crimes. Every gun crime to me should be 20 years above with no parole. And when a murder is committed 80 years to life. These will put some sense into some heads. Must at time they are given 3 to 5 years with a chance to parole. That is why we are here.
