🇵🇰 EXCLUSIVE: IMRAN KHAN'S SONS SAY THE PAKISTANI GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO KILL THEIR FATHER!
I spoke again with Qasim and Sulaiman Khan, and this conversation was the most heartbreaking.
Not only is their father, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, still in solitary confinement, but his three courageous sisters, Aleema, Uzma and Noreen, have now also been arrested
And when @PTIofficial supporters hit the streets, many were arrested, beaten, and even killed!
Imran Khan’s sons say they haven't spoken to their father in over 6 months, nobody has seen him for 2 months, and they're increasingly worried about his deteriorating health.
I asked them the hardest question of all: Do they still believe they’ll ever see their father again?
Qasim admitted, he has very little hope, but they will never stop fighting
I told them both I wouldn't give up hope.
And I meant it.

Forcibly evicting @MuradSaeedPTI elderly and disabled mother from her home and throwing her belongings onto the street is state brutality at its most shameful. What kind of lawlessness targets the mother of a political opponent? This is a flagrant violation of human dignity, fundamental rights and the rule of law. This is Viceroy Kundis Rule for you.
🚨🇵🇰 Imran Khan’s sister, Aleem-a-Khan, got her 30-DAY PUBLIC ORDER DETENTION OVER, and the Pakistani government is not letting ANYONE see her
She was held under a colonial-era law for nothing more than speaking out.
Her family was locked out, with lawyers as well, and with no order and no explanation.
Immediate release is the only lawful step left!

🚨 BREAKING: Half a million Palestinians in Gaza will lose monthly food assistance as funding shortages force major World Food Programme cuts ahead of winter, ABC News Australia reports.
➤ WFP is reducing its monthly reach from 1.6 million people to 1.1 million. Families receiving two food parcels will now get one, and flour bags will shrink.
➤ Daily hot meals have fallen from 250,000 to 150,000. Some families in hard-to-reach areas will receive meals every other day instead of daily. Cash assistance for 75,000 families is being cut by 40%.
➤ WFP’s Carl Skau said traditional donors, including the U.S. and Europe, have reduced funding. “It’s not because the needs are down … it’s only due to the lack of funding,” Skau told ABC.
➤ Around 1.4 million people face crisis-level hunger or worse, including 200,000 in emergency conditions. WFP says it urgently needs $450 million for six months of operations in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
Israeli settlers attacked residents of the village of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, while they were picking olives, and set fire to several of the residents’ vehicles.
“Let me die,” American photojournalist Heidi Levine repeats to journalists Jasper Nathaniel as they try to outrun masked Israeli settlers who attacked her on Friday while she covered the olive harvest in the West Bank village of Abu Falah, near Ramallah.
Around 80 settlers attacked Palestinian olive harvesters in the village, AP reported. The Palestinian Red Crescent said it treated six people injured in two attacks in Abu Falah.
Levine, a freelancer for the Washington Post, told the Committee to Protect Journalists that the settlers knocked her down and kicked her for at least 10 minutes, even after she identified herself as an American journalist. They stole her camera, phone and bag. She was eventually taken to a hospital in Ramallah.
"The IDF provided cover, with tear gas and machine guns, while the settlers beat" Levine "nearly to death," Nathaniel wrote, adding that soldiers then shot a Palestinian bystander and aimed their guns at and shoved paramedics trying to treat him. AP photos and circulating videos show Israeli soldiers standing over a wounded Palestinian man after they shot him.
Andrey X, an activist also at the scene, said a Palestinian man "saved our lives from the settler-terrorists who attacked the olive harvesters and journalists” armed only with a slingshot.
Washington Post journalist Heidi Levine recounts being attacked by dozens of Israeli settlers.
The masked men stole her cameras and phone, which she was using to capture their attacks on Palestinian villagers attempting to harvest their olive groves. Other journalists at the scene recall IDF soldiers witnessing the attack and choosing not to intervene.
“They’re trying to disappear him from public life because they know he’s the most popular leader in the country.” Sulaiman Khan and @Kasim_Khan_1999, sons of illegally incarcerated former Prime Minister Imran Khan, speak in their latest interview with @NosheenIqbal of The @guardian.

💥One person has been killed and four others seriously wounded by Israeli bombing of a group of people in Al Sheikh Ridwan neighbourhood of the Gaza Strip
Our two Chief Ministers, the Speaker, and multiple ministers are missing. Former Federal Minister Hammad Azhar will now spend a cumulative 50 days on remand, with his cooked-up case going nowhere.
It’s very obvious that this emergency was never about dealing with terrorism, but rather about further cracking down on the largest and most popular political party in the country.
Ideally, they would only want to keep the faces they approve of within PTI. This plan will also fail; it’s just a matter of time. The fact that they are still in such a state of panic, four years into their dictatorial rule, tells us only one thing: we are winning, and they are in a worse position than when they started.
The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society says Israel has detained more than 2,000 Palestinian children since October 2023, with 350 held in “harsh conditions” involving “intimidation and arrest”, “torture, starvation and denial of healthcare”.

Pakistan’s four provinces could be divided into 12, or perhaps 15, or maybe even 160 much smaller and less powerful units. It this comes to pass, it is clear who will benefit https://t.co/G5pUuLL2ia
🚨 Reem Asaad Awad, a 33-year-old mother, was killed when an Israeli airstrike hit her family's apartment in Gaza City's Rimal neighborhood around 4am Wednesday, setting the building on fire. Videos circulating online show her young daughter being pulled out of the burning apartment.
Footage from inside the apartment shows the girl sitting alone on a bed as smoke fills the room and fire burns the wall above her. In another shot she presses her hand to her mouth, eyes wide with terror.
Israel said it was targeting a Hamas member but has provided no evidence.
“There are children crying inside the fire,” a volunteer screams.
A woman has been killed and three children wounded by Israeli bombing of an apartment in Gaza City..
🚨Welcome to Governor’s Rule. Emergency. Coup!
This was always our greatest fear: how the regime would treat their own people in KP. Today, it was Bara Bazaar, Khyber. Tomorrow, it could be anywhere in KP. Whether PTI governs the province or not, the regime must urgently rethink their strategy and decisions. How does any of this serve Pakistan’s interests?
Are we deliberately pushing KP towards an even deeper crisis, potentially worse than the one already unfolding in Balochistan?
