@shopsivvi awful service. 2nd delivery attempt to wrong address, asking me to update my (correct) address, customer service all they can do raise complaint which takes 72 hrs. Not using again
@EmiratesNBD_AE Your customer service is absolutely appalling - my account has been suspended and none of your agents are able to resolve this issue including my Relationship Manager, your London office, the absolutely useless Eva or customer service agents.
Can anyone pls recommend a labour law expert in UAE? Our staff won a case 2 years ago for unpaid wages from prev employer but nothing has happened and they don’t know what to do next. Thank you 🙏🏼 #dubailegal#dubailaw#dxb
