Just spent 17 minutes on hold, spoke to a customer service agent (Sham) who said he would check on my case, put me on hold & then disconnected me. This has happened numerous times, your call center has the worst service imaginable. What are my options here?
@EmiratesNBD_AE Not a word still from anyone. And no response to my follow up emails either. Please explain who this can be escalated to as this approach is clearly not working.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Yes, someone (Adil) called 3 days back & said I would have an update within 24 to 48 hours and obviously, as per usual, I havenโt heard a word.

@NamkeenJalebi Such interesting responses especially those saying itโs not your choice. Obvs, it IS (thanks durex!). And as a someone in her mid 40s who made the same decision in their mid-20s (& heard much of this same nonsense), trust me youโll be fine ๐โค๏ธ. Being the fun auntie is the best!
@askflydubai I didnโt purchase the tickets so I donโt have any of those details. They were fraudulently purchased with my card, Iโll DM you the same info already shared with your team as well as screenshots of my correspondence with them.

Come on, ENBD - what does it take to get your customer service to actually be helpful rather than pass me from department to department? I've been locked out of my bank account for over 2 weeks now! This is beyond ridiculous.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Your customer service is absolutely appalling - my account has been suspended and none of your agents are able to resolve this issue including my Relationship Manager, your London office, the absolutely useless Eva or customer service agents.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Perhaps you could focus on your banking and customer service instead of planting trees? I've been trying your customer service department via phone & email for days to resolve my issue (of a suspended bank account) to no avail.
@ManalFaheemKhan Ugh, one of the biggest pet peeves of mine is calling a man or group of men ladies or girls cause apparently itโs an insult. Funny how suits wasnโt shot that far back but already hasnโt aged well. Hopefully an indicator of what wonโt fly anymore / progress.
