Following a full and independent investigation by the South Georgia Judicial Circuit, ALL 91 Felony charges against me have been formally dismissed DUE TO NO INVOLVEMENT, and I have been fully exonerated of any and all allegations related to XUSD.

The official court document, filed by the District Attorney, clearly states:

“After further investigation, Ms. Southerland has no criminal involvement with XUSD whatsoever.”

Let me be unmistakably clear:

✅ I was never involved.
✅ I committed no crime.
✅ This was not a deal
✅ I have been publicly and legally cleared.

My record is now officially restricted, meaning this false accusation will not follow me.

To those who remained supportive: thank you. I will never forget the people who stood beside me in silence, in prayer, and in truth. The only positive to really come of this experience has been the opportunity to see who stands beside me. I was overwhelmed with the support.

To those who rushed to judgment: I don’t hold anger but I hope this moment teaches something about patience, humility, and the importance of facts over speculation.

This chapter is closed. My name is cleared. And I move forward with a continued sense of purpose, resilience, and grace.

In the past 3 years, my name has been connected publicly and privately with XUSD, UGIC, and Brian Fontenot. I want to make it absolutely clear: I was never a participant in, nor did I profit from, these fraudulent schemes.

Like many others, I was misled, manipulated, and harmed by false promises, fabricated documents, and deliberate misrepresentations. My name and reputation were wrongfully entangled with operations I had no control over and no stake in.

I have and will continue to consistently provide evidence, full cooperation, and transparency to investigators, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies. I remain fully committed to supporting victims, exposing fraudulent actors, and ensuring accountability for those responsible.

This has been a devastating experience personally, financially, and professionally. However, I refuse to let these lies define me. My focus moving forward is on truth, justice, and protecting others from becoming victims of similar crimes.

I stand with every individual who lost money, trust, or peace of mind in these schemes, and I will continue to do everything within my power to help bring the full truth to light.
