Sometimes, I try to sit without a purpose: no learning, no reading, no attempt to make the time productive.
I’m discovering that the hardest part isn’t dealing with boredom, but resisting the feeling that I must always be doing something.

We often care less about discovering truth than protecting our existing beliefs. We read to confirm, listen to reply, and argue to win. The irony is that we can keep gaining information while becoming less and less willing to actually learn.
One of the hardest parts of learning is allowing a new idea to change your mind, rather than simply adding it to what you already believe.
Sometimes, we need less new information and more willingness to question what we think we know.
I'm trying to leave a little part of the day unused: coffee, the balcony, watching the trees.
No lecture in the background. No need to turn the moment into an insight.
I've noticed how easily even rest becomes another task to do well.
Some moments can only be lived.
“Waiting is the silent enemy of user experience. People don’t just dislike delay; they interpret lost time as a sign of neglect. A blank pause turns into doubt. Picture a marketplace app where the user taps the pay button and nothing…” — @Mouadou313 https://t.co/NVaV7hceg4
