Boohoo issued my £220 refund as a gift card without my consent after I returned my Klarna order. No proof, no help, no escalation. Klarna, please help — I can't afford to lose this.

Boohoo replied on Trustpilot saying I chose a gift card refund — but still no proof, no confirmation screen, no record. £220 gone into a voucher I didn’t knowingly select. Klarna and Citizens Advice have the case. Still no refund. @boohoo @Klarna

Hey @JustEatTakeaway, I’m appalled by your response to my recent order (478998805) refusing me a refund. Ordered 9 chicken selects & a double cheeseburger with extra cheese, got chicken nuggets & a burger with extra ketchup. £15.16 down with no help. Disgusting behavior.#JustEat

@thesmallsie @JustEatUK Awful behaviour, the meal delivered which was completely wrong came to a total of £7.98 and my meal that I paid for was £15.16. So not only did I not get my food I’ve paid an extra £7.18 for food I haven’t eaten or wanted, absolute joke. Will not be using @JustEatUK ever again.
