Lake Twenty-two, Washington. The curiously-named Lake 22 is the center of an oasis of alpine wetland nestled on the northern shoulder of Mount Pilchuck. The hike to the lake combines the best of mountain rainforests, old-growth, wetlands, and mountain views.

Today was spent hiking up to the top of @Mount_Pilchuck, which I'd honestly place amongst the best hikes I've ever done. Not only is the hike itself great (challenging without feeling overwhelming), the views from the top are also *amazing*
