Things I would NEVER do now, knowing what I know NOW:

* Vaccinate. For ANYTHING.
* Fluoride at the dentist, or anywhere. And X-rays, rarely.
* Mammograms. Thermography only.
* Tylenol usage. None.
* Get only one opinion on a serious health issue. Get 3.
* Use Baby Formula. 🚫
* Use Commercial baby food.🚫
* Use conventional candles in my home, or sprays that contain fragrance. 🚫
* Eliminate anything that contains fragrance that goes on our bodies.
* Avoid foods with dyes, particularly red.
* 100% Grass fed meat only.
* No Botox. Especially no fillers.
* Use over-the-counter medication for something minor. (There’s an herb for that.)
