It’s a beautiful day here at the Mountsorrel Revival festival and we’re ready for the 11am start. We’re letting people know how we can help during this cost of living crisis.

Here’s a taster of what to expect in only 2 weeks. We know it’s hard for families at the moment, so we’re keeping costs for children activities as low as possible. Rides are all £2, that’s less than 2019 for lots of rides.

A social supermarket helping people in Charnwood access affordable shopping has opened two pop-up stores in #Shelthorpe & #Mountsorrel.

The main #Loughborough store opened last year and over 250 households have registered as members.

Mountsorrel will host the 1st pop-up “Your Store”, helping local people in the access affordable shopping. Support will also be offered including mental health, debt advice & budgeting.

The project is supported by the Mountsorrel Relief in Need Fund.
