🏠 The last update before the opening of the shelter home in Koviahy (Kharkiv region).

✅ Construction work has been completed.
✅ Almost all the furniture is assembled.
✅ Curtains are hung.

We continue to renovate the building of the abandoned clinic in Koropets🔥
This is the first construction in this town in the last 40 years 😱

We are currently completing work on the exterior and moving on to the interior.

Today in Ukraine is the anniversary of the beginning of the full-scale invasion 🇺🇦

We honor all the heroes who have fought and continue to fight for every inch (cm) of their native land, clear sky and peace for everyone.

We do not stop and move only forward, to Victory!

Today we are at MoveUkraine shelter home in Mostyshche with Paul Runge, an ophthalmologist from Florida, USA 🔥

Paul is conducting a screening eye test for the residents of the Lundin House to detect diabetes and diagnose eye diseases.

📍We recently delivered warm clothes (winter coats and jackets) to the IDPs living in our shelter home in Stryi.

Progress on the project in Koviahy 🔥

✅ We have completed the work on the second floor, now we are assembling furniture.
✅ We continue to repair 3 rooms on the ground floor. We plastered the corridor and applied a decorative coating. The insulation of the stairwell is done.

📍Оver the past 2 weeks, we have handed over a lot of sports equipment for educational institutions of the Koropets territorial community and for the Kalush sports school.

Some of the medical supplies were gone to a local Dental clinic in Kalush.

🏠 We share the progress of the project in Koropets (Ternopil region).

✅ Walls have been erected.
✅ Reinforcements of door and window openings are made and painted.
✅ Windows have been installed.
✅ Work is underway to dismantle the ceiling covering.

MoveUkraine in Kalush 🔥
We meet with the chief doctor of the Kalush hospital.
We discuss the upcoming project — a rehabilitation center for veterans.

✅ Today, the founder of MoveUkraine, John Shmorhun, at a meeting with the mayor, builders, and chief architect of the project in Drohobych.

📍Together they discussed 2 projects for the city: a social apartment building and the renovation of a floor of an apartment building.

At the end of January, the co-founder of MoveUkraine and our project manager met with the mayor of Kolomyia (Ivano-Frankivsk region) 🔥.

In particular, they talked about the new MoveUkraine project — a family-type orphanage that moved to Kolomyia from Kherson region.

✅ In November 2023, we launched a dental health program for IDPs living in our shelter homes in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

📍Today, 8 February 2024, MoveUkraine and the city administration of Stryi, Lviv region, were pleased to open its Pediatric Hospital for displaced and disabled children.

📍Today we were at the General Coordination Meeting for Ivano-Frankivsk region.

John Shmorhun told about the projects we completed last year, our social programs, and the implementation of MoveUkraine's new direction — rehabilitation centers.

📍Recently we visited the first open MoveUkraine shelter home in the village of Mostyshche.

😊 Coincidentally, it turned out that Mr. Lundin, our donor, had visited the shelter on the same day a year ago.
Thanks to his generous contribution, Ukrainian IDPs have a safe place.

We start our work week with an update of the project in Koviahy 🔥

📍The second floor renovation is almost complete.
📍On the ground floor, two rooms are completely finished.
In the rest, we are applying plaster, in the corridor — decorative bark beetle.

📍This week, the founders of MoveUkraine received support for the foundation's projects and future cooperation in the Lviv region.

We are planning to renovate 9 apartments for IDPs and are also working on creating social housing from scratch — a 12-apartment building.
