I recently rented a vehicle from one of your Houston-area locations. When I picked up the car, the associate handed it over in the same condition it had been returned by the previous customer. I returned the vehicle in that same condition, yet I’ve now been charged a $125 cleaning fee.
When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the charge was valid, despite my explanation of the situation. This seems very unfair, as I received the car already less than clean. I also have video proof showing the associate briefly cleaning the vehicle before giving it to me, and visible dust on the car’s front area.
This appears to be an unjust charge by that location, and I request your assistance in resolving this issue. I’ve been a loyal Avis customer for a long time, and such an experience is disappointing and unlike the level of service I’ve come to expect.

@Cinemark, I visited your Cinemark egyptian 24, MD location today and experienced ongoing audio issues that have occurred during every visit. The sound appears to be coming primarily from the screen rather than utilizing the surround sound system, which significantly diminishes the theatrical experience. The audio also lacks the volume and immersive quality expected in a cinema setting.
I’ve noticed this problem consistently at this location, while other theaters like Regal provide the full surround sound experience. Could you please address the sound system at the Egyptian location to ensure proper speaker configuration and volume levels for an optimal moviegoing experience?
