Today I received an email stating that ALL my Topstep accounts are being closed and my $25,000 payout is being rejected.

The reason given is that I was either a previously banned trader or that I committed credit card fraud.

Let me be very clear both allegations are completely false.

I have NEVER been banned by Topstep in the past. I have NEVER used a fraudulent or third-party card. The card used belongs to me and has been used to purchase accounts across 15–20+ prop firms including @Tradeify, @fnfutures @TradingLucid, @MyFundedFutures, @fundingpips, @AlphaCapitalUK, @BlueberryFunded, @QtFunded, @TakeProfitLLC, @Alpha_Futures_, @the5erstrading, @ApexTradeFund etc., without a single issue and I’ve taken payout as well from all the prop firm’s.

At the time of closure, all my 5 accounts were in $15,000 total profit, and even after my first payout request, all 5 accounts were still $10,000+ in profit. Despite this, all accounts were shut down and my payout rejected.

I trade from my own device, under my own identity, with full transparency. I am fully willing to provide ANY verification required identity, card ownership, device verification, or trade history.

Banning a trader and withholding a legitimate payout based on an unsubstantiated claim of card fraud when the same card has been accepted across the entire prop industry is unjustified and deeply concerning.

I am formally requesting a proper re-verification and review of my account. This decision appears to be an error, and I expect my payout to be honored and my funded accounts reinstated once the facts are reviewed.

It's my first time using this copy trading software and it went bad.

I assigned my Topstep account as leader account and the rest as followers.

Trade was taken on my Topstep account on TopstepX, it was well copied across my Topstep accounts but I guess the Contract didn't match the other firms or something and I got smoked 🥵

Losed 10 150k accounts but like always, Topstep came through and I passed those accounts without any issues

I'm just wondering though, if Tradesyncer says order was rejected by those other 10 accounts, why did they sustain loses? Someone please enlighten me

Brokerage = your money do whatever you want keep 100% of your profits…
Prop = Firms capital they have rules to follow keep a split of the profits.

🚨 BREAKING: @Topstep interfering with live trader positions 🚨

A funded trader is UP $5,000 on the day, in a 4-contract GC trade with $0 risk (stop at breakeven)…

And yet Topstep forced a $3,000 trailing stop on the position — not because of trader risk, but because they decided to manage the trade themselves.

Here’s the actual message from Topstep support:
“We will step in to manage downside risk when you are profitable.”

So now prop firms are trading instead of the trader?

If a trader is funded, in profit, and fully risk-controlled…
who exactly is supposed to be making the trading decisions?

I’ve been having these problems since the start of December. @Topstep is a good prop firm, but @projectxtrading is fucking up a lot lately, and support isn’t helping live accounts either, so it means all live traders are fucked .
Either fix Project X or offer us another reliable platform.
