Pourquoi est-ce que lorsque nous prenons le train entre 8h45 et 9h15, voire 9h20, il n’y a jamais de train avec la climatisation en fonctionnement ?

Même lorsque je rentre vers 20h ou 20h30, c’est la même chose : aucun train climatisé, ou alors peut-être ….
